The short answer is not very much. The only reason we request contact details is if we have any follow up questions with processing the information you've provided, this will be done within 30 days so on day 31 out system automatically deletes your info from our Dachsboard© system.

We store the following information for 30 days;

• Name
• Email (if provided)
• Phone number (if provided)
• On top of this we do store IP address' long term however they're randomised within Google Analytics data and we can't identify individuals from that data.

Because we don't keep anything long term we don't hold your data to sell, or pass to anyone else. If, for example, you send us details of information which we believe should go to another party like Natural Resources Wales or North Wales Police we'll contact you to advise and request at that point if we can forward on your details.
